Lead sulfide (PbS) is a nanomaterial with excellent optical and chemical properties, such as a narrow bandgap (0.37 eV), high thermal damage threshold, and high stability. Obviously, it is appropriate as a saturable absorber (SA) device for ultrafast photonics. However, PbS nanoparticles (NPs) as the SA of ultrashort harmonic mode-locked pulse still haven't been demonstrated at present. In this paper, the PbS NPs are made into an SA-device-based microfiber by optical deposition method and connected in an integrated Erbium-doped fiber laser. And both characteristics and nonlinear optical properties of PbS NPs have been systemically investigated. A fundamental frequency mode-locked pulsed laser is proposed, whose central wavelength is 1560 nm, and the pulse width is 1 ps. In addition, high repetition rate operations are achieved, with a maximum repetition rate of 833 MHz. This is the first time that PbS NPs are used to generate 96th-order harmonic mode-locking, and the corresponding pulse duration is 987 fs. It is demonstrated that PbS NPs are a kind of SA photonic material with excellent performance. It can improve the communication capacity by applying fiber communication, and it has potential application value even in material processing and optical comb.  相似文献

随着全球环境问题日益严重以及能源需求的不断增长,人们对高效环境修复与能源转换技术的需求日益增强.以半导体材料为光催化剂,可将可再生的太阳能转化为化学能,有望成为解决人类面临的能源和环境问题的有效途径.其中,开发高效稳定的光催化剂是该技术得以实际应用的关键.近几十年,研究人员开发出多种半导体材料并应用于光催化研究.其中,具有可见光响应的有机非金属光催化剂石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4)因其稳定的分子结构,较小的禁带宽度(~2.7 e V)以及合适的能带结构而备受关注.然而,与大多数半导体光催化剂相似,由于传统g-C3N4上的光生电子和空穴极易复合,表面催化活性位点较少,可见光响应范围较窄,使得其催化效率不高.基于g-C3N4独特的有机分子结构,通过引入功能化的特定基团以优化g-C3N4的电子能带结构,促进载流子传输,拓展可见光响应范围,是提高其光催化效率的有效途径.已有研究表明,在各种功能化官能团中,具有强电负性的含氧基团对g-C3N4的Melon单元优化是非常有效的.因此,本文通过g-C3N4与氨基磺酸间的简单固相热反应成功合成了磺酸基功能化的g-C3N4纳米片(SACN),并实现了同步增强的相互作用.根据固体强酸特性,氨基磺酸可以在热处理的辅助下对g-C3N4进行酸刻蚀,从而增加其比表面积以及表面催化活性位点.更重要的是,理论计算与实验表征结果表明,磺酸基团的吸电子诱导效应所产生的电荷驱动力可极大改善g-C3N4的电荷转移动力学,有效抑制了它们的再结合.此外,吸电子诱导效应还可促进g-C3N4的局域电子再分布,进而降低g-C3N4的导带电位,增强光诱导电子的还原能力.光催化性能测试结果表明,SACN-400样品(前驱体中氨基磺酸加入量为400 mg)在光催化分解水制备氢气以及光降解传统污染物领域展现出较好的性能,其在入射光波长为420±15 nm时的产氢表观量子效率为11.03%.综上,本文为设计合成具有较高产氢性能以及污染物降解效率的石墨相氮化碳基光催化剂提供了一种简便有效的策略.  相似文献

We predicted two stable two-dimensional materials of carbon and bismuth elements, namely BiC and Bi2C monolayers. Carbon dioxide electrochemical reduction (CO2RR) has been recognized as an efficient way to mitigate CO2 emissions and alleviate the pressure on global warming and associated environmental consequences. Gold (Au) is reported as stable and active electrocatalysts to convert CO2 to CO at low overpotential due to its moderate adsorption strength of *COOH and *CO. The request for improved catalytic performance, however, is motivated by current unsatisfied catalytic selectivity because of the side hydrogen evolution reaction. In this context, the design of Au based binary catalysts that can boost CO selectivity is of great interest. In the present work, we report that Au nanoparticles can be feasibly dispersed and anchored on silicon nanowires to form Au-Si binary nanomaterials. The Au-Si may stably drive CO2RR with a CO Faraday efficiency of 95.6% at ?0.6 V vs. RHE in 0.5 mol/L KHCO3 solution. Such selectivity outperforms Au particles by up to 61%. Controlled experiments illustrate that such catalytic enhancement can chiefly be ascribed to electronic effects of binary catalysts. Theoretical calculations reveal that spontaneously produced silicon oxide may not only inhibit hydrogen evolution reaction, but also stabilize the key intermediate *COOH in CO formation.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论研究氮功能化对蒄类化合物几何构型、电子结构及载流子传输性质的影响. 结果表明, 引入杂N原子可以线性降低前线轨道能级, 增强电子注入能力与空气稳定性, 且邻位掺杂较迫位和均匀掺杂调节效果更为显著. 其中, 十二氮杂蒄(12ac)具有新颖的“碗状”构型和高的电子亲和势(3.45 eV), 是潜在的空气稳定电子传输材料构筑单元. 理论预测室温下2,6,10-三对甲氧基苯基-3,4,7,8,11,12-六甲氧基三氮杂蒄(3b)晶体的电子迁移率为0.242 cm2/V s, 预计是良好的电子传输材料, 值得进一步器件化研究.  相似文献

以具有温度和pH双重敏感性能的N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)共聚丙烯酸(AA) P(NIPAM-co-AA)高分子微凝胶为模板, 以乙醇为还原剂, 原位还原得到负载纳米银的微米尺度Ag/P(NIPAM-co-AA)复合微凝胶材料. 通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)仪和紫外-可见(UV-Vis)分光光度计等对复合材料的形貌、组成和催化性能进行表征. 研究结果表明, Ag/P(NIPAM-co-AA)复合微球具有均一的表面结构, 微凝胶的限域作用显著提高了纳米银的分散性和稳定性. 另外, Ag/P(NIPAM-co-AA)复合微球对对硝基苯酚(4-NP)的还原具有较好的催化活性, 且其催化活性与微凝胶网络结构的溶胀、收缩行为有一定关系, 即模板微凝胶的温敏特性可以实现对对硝基苯酚催化反应活性的调控作用.  相似文献

Colloidal gold nanoparticles were prepared through in situ reduction in the presence of water-soluble star homopolymer with β-cyclodextrin core and poly[2-(dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate] arms (star PDMAEMA-β-CD) at ambient temperature. In this process, star PDMAEMA-β-CD acted as both reducing agent and stabilizing agent for gold nanoparticles. More importantly, the optical properties and the morphology of star-PDMAEMA-β-CD-stabilized colloidal gold nanoparticles were sensitive to the solution pH due to structural changes of the polymer. Different assemblies can be formed by tuning the pH of the medium. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), dynamic laser light scattering (DLS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize the synthetic gold nanoparticles and the pH-controlled assembly of gold nanoparticles.  相似文献
